HIGHLIGHTS FROM LUMINARY 2025

This fall, 175 women from across Minnesota gathered in Rochester for connection, courage, and inspiration. From sunrise yoga to powerful keynotes and intimate breakout sessions, Luminary created space for women to exhale, learn, and lead together.

The energy in the room was electric. Conversations flowed, collaborations formed, and confidence grew. It was a reminder of what becomes possible when women come together to support one another’s leadership.

One of the highlights of the day was seeing Rochester’s first woman Mayor, Kim Norton, meet Minnesota’s first woman Lieutenant Governor, Marlene Johnson — two trailblazers whose leadership continues to inspire women across generations.

A New Chapter
for Our Community

This gathering also marked a milestone: the unveiling of our new name, Alma. Formerly known as She Leads International, Alma reflects the deeper purpose behind everything we do—to nourish the leader within.
