HIGHLIGHTS FROM LUMINARY ROCHESTER 2025

Last fall, 175 women from across Minnesota gathered in Rochester for connection, courage, and inspiration. From sunrise yoga to powerful keynotes and intimate breakout sessions, Luminary created space for women to exhale, learn, and lead together.

The energy in the room was electric. Conversations flowed, collaborations formed, and confidence grew. It was a reminder of what becomes possible when women come together to support one another’s leadership.

TRAILBLAZING WOMEN
ON THE LUMINARY STAGE

One of the “Shattering Ceilings” moments of the day was seeing Rochester’s first woman Mayor, Kim Norton, meet Minnesota’s first woman Lieutenant Governor, Marlene Johnson— two trailblazers whose leadership continues to inspire women across generations.
